Hey i've always wanted to get the lambo hinges for the Lancer but i havent yet. I was just wondering if anyone had it to see if its good and reliable and how it looks. If anyone does or has any thoughts about it post it.

there have beena few threads about this already, you can search for them. nobody has done it yet. it would cost a butt load and there difficulties doign it in our car bc it would have pull the door out first. its not reall worth it.

Ill say it again though, please dont ruin Lancers like that. And about you reliability comment? Doors mounted like that on a car that doesnt have its door frames designed for it will never have well fitting doors that always open/shut properly.

 

Its what 2k? Its a garunteed fit anyways so if it doesnt work then u got ur money back so im def gna try it.

2k def isnt worth imo. many ppl say they are def going to do it. so ill believe it when i see it.

 

so many better applications for 2K...i'd put it towards my robot...my female robot...this'll be the best prom ever!

 

Obviously you have never worked on cars before, especially when heavy fabrication is in order. I assure you its not as easy as throwing on a catback. Trust me, from a engineering aspect the doors will not close as well as they do stock.....

I say do it. obviously you want your lancer to be different, and well, this is about as different as you can get and still be original.

 

its not original. tons of eclipses, civic, integras, and rsxs have done it. hed just be the first with a lancer

 

if your all about show N Shiiiine i say GO for it!! in the farrrr future after i go forced induction and nothing else needs to be done i will do this.. hopefully u'll have it done b4 me so i can use u as a ginuea pig lol
