airbag suspension

anyone know how much it costs to get airbag suspension on our lancers? my rear bumper is hitting bottom because its about 2 inches from the ground now, how long would my car be in the shop for and is it alot of risk getting airbags?

well i got a 91 mazda and im lookin at a bunch of stuff...and a decent reliable airbag kit costs anywhere from 1.5k-2k, i forgot who but someone on here has air bags on there lancer, yellow with white rims...forgot who it was though??

To get the system hooked up airbagit.com said it would cost abou a 1000 to have a shop do it!

air bag suspension is pretty much just for looks rite? I mean having it on is not so much for performance use. Going tight on corners and really putting a beating on ur suspension i.e. autocrossing, airbags is not the way to go. Correct me if i'm wrong.

zlancer (andy) has them... i've seen it work ini person and its hooooot! ... he said it cost about 2000-2500 for a good system.

Ya I was looking into it and down here in Oregon... I can get a killer set up for 1,500 with instal... Im going to think about it for this summer...But now the big money is in air cans...

air suspension is great....if your willing to maintain it. its probably the highest maintence thing you can put on a car. also a $1500 setup will only get you so far, and will stilll give you a tons of headaches. hell...my 2 steel braided air lines in the front...only 8 inches long, cost $70 bucks a piece. thats hot good they are. annnnd my new check valve cost over $100...yup...for a little piece of stainless steel. but i don't pay for this stuff...i get hooked up sinceni kno someone that works for a supplier.
