I thought about getting one installed, but the thought of them cutting a hole in y roof is just too much to bear. I just should have got it as an option when i bought the car. Oh well, its still nice.

They didn't have them when I bought mine. And yes I bought mine new. It's a 2003 Thunder Gray ES. Anyway If Someone Can Find A Good Company That Sells Good Aftermarket Sunroof/Moon Roofs I Would Love To Get A Group Buy Going.

hahah i would never own a car with out a sun/moon roof....i have a 03 oz and mine came with it...i didn't know about any leather option though....they didn't have many oz's that had sunroofs, i got way lucky and they had one in the back that they hadn't even taken the plastic off of yet!!

leakage depends more on who did it....if they did it right and everything is sealed right you should be fine...this is also a great option to have...i love having fresh air in the car so for me the was a must otherwise i wouldn't have gotten the car

I agree getting the roof to begin with. I had to get mine loaded or I wasn't going to get it. (Minus auto tranny of course).

Sobasically you can get a sunroof kit for $150 but then how much would an install be???

alright...don't buy a kit and do it yourself...its guaranteed to leak if you don't have an engineering degree or have your own auto customs shop

i have an 02 with a power sunroof and i got it for free from the dealership, they had it done here locally in raleigh, its a company that does all their installs and have been their partner with mitsu here in cary for like 15 yrs

very professional install, no leaks, works beautifully, push button once and it powers back all the way, when i close it, if i press again then it goes up and becomes a vent.

on the bill i got from the dealership when i bought it, it was 900 for the sunroof, when i everything else was included i almost had 2000k in free stuff from the stealership

you cannot hustle a hustler, you will only come out short which they did

they wanted 13.5k for a used 02 oz, it had 28k miles on it (i actually laughed when i saw the #'s)

i said i can get a 03 with 15k miles and a sunroof on carmax for 11.5 and i was making offer on it

so i got 2k off the price of the car, free sunroof, 4 new tires (free), and it already had a new kenwood head unit, and i got it for 11.5

like i said....you cannot hustle a hustler

it depends, if you go to the dealership and see what you want its different, but you have to know how to negotiate

i guess selling weed for 2 yrs helped that skill develope, had to negotiate with ****** on a daily basis so it was that different from the stealership

i got a lifetime warrenty on the roof as long as i own the car so if it leaks its fixed and damaged interior is fixed as well

usually only a 2 yr warrenty but i got a free upgrade to lifetime
