i'm going to paint my Tein Coilovers red in the next couple of days...can anyone help me by giving info on what type of sandpaper or whatever to get the original green paint off of them and what type of paint, primer, clearcoat, etc. to use?

I would have to agree. If you are serious about doing this, you will need to sand all of the powdercoat off and them have them powdercoated the color that you want. I say powdercoat because it will hold up to the elements better than paint. Good luck with whatever you do.

Contact in good body shop and they should be able to do it for you. I have no clue on how much it is going to cost.
