Yellow callipers
Looks good! which product did you use? Did you get them out completely (having to bleed the lines?) or did you find a way to just unclip them (removing only 1 bolt and sliding them out?) and do them without detaching the lines?
Any plans for the drums?

i just now got out of my garage... did both of my drums... looks good far away... look close it looks okay.... see a couple spots... so hard to paint with yellow ... too light of a color... i used dupli color calliper paint... it's brush on so i didn't have to take off a single thing... just masked everything off... here they are
ehh that is iffy with the drums nice though...i have been wanting to get more info on doing this so that i can help my car out...would most paint work on this or what???
what would be a good color for a silver oz?/

I have red on mine... There is stuff you can get at your local car store. (Got mine at Canadian Tire). There is a caliper cleaner, and paint. I also bought a primer and clear coat. (Make sure they're rated to withstand a high temp, like 600 degrees).

looks good bro. . .i got a yellow oz and had em painted yellow. i got tired of it only b/c dirt shows so easily on them. also, to answer fiesty882's question: you can use practically any spray paint, but they do sell paint made for spraying the brake calipers at almost any automotive store.
Yeah, I'm thinking about getting the rear disc-brakes conversion kit from RPW, and if the calipers don't have a nice finish, I'd probably paint them..
Matching reds is always tricky, and usually if it looks all right during the day, it doesn't under street lights, or vice versa.. I don't think I'd ever try to match the caliper color with the car color, but that might just be me.. I have a phoenix red lancer, and I think I'd try glossy black paint for the calipers..
Heck, I might even try it on the current calipers+drums.. black drums shouldn't look too bad I guess..?

Since they get dirty so easily (brake dust, anyone?), is anyone else thinking about black? I don't like the way they look now (the dingy metal color), so I'm thinking about just painting them black.
yeah i did the same thing a few yrs. ago and the drums dont look so good now... If you get aftermarket wheels its most likely that some of the paint will come off of the drum and then it looks like butt. I need to repaint them soon so ill prolly sand down the drums and paint them flat again and then go with red in the front. Looks nice though, wish mine still looked that yellow!
