the black lancer, its so wierd how it just curves around the front with no grill.

 

Looks like someone fabricated a hood so that the grille wouldn't be utilized. Pretty dumb idea if you ask me as no air will reach the intake, unless you're using a CAI or you cut a hole in the hood and use a duct for a SRI. You might want to contact ASPEC Motorsports and ask them where they got that hood if you're really interested in that kit.

 

eww i hate that hood so much..the lancer looks like a cavalier i think accolade carries them

its basically the stock hood but molded grill imo

 

I just bought the evo 5 front end and when i was talking to jtautostyle the guy said that they did a custom job for that car and they shaved the grille

 

the stock hoods look better than that!
