how do i get the dust ot of inside the headlights?
Take them apart. The same way as if you were painting them.
Or maybe, take like a Shop Vac or a regular vacuum and use the extension hose, unplug one pf the bulbs from the headlight so there's a hole there. Stick the vacuum up to that hole. Kind of sucks everytinhg out since it is sealed. I did this to get the leakage out of my Depo tailights.

shiit.. i wanna kno the same thing.. i thought i was the only one with this problem. and having hid's only accentuates the dust more and i think it diminishes some of the brightness
i think its because we have the cedia headlights from taiwan. i thought it was because they drilled my headlights from the back a little bit because of the HIDs, but since it happened to teamnexusoz, im assuming it was from the packaging and dust went through the openings during shipping
