i want a show car i drive a 2003 lancer oz lightning yellow mods consist of rims, neon lights, tinted windows, and a windshield decal. i would like to find a sponsor that could possibly help me through the process. so does anyone have any ideas on how to get sponsored or on just any good inexpensive mods.
i am trying to do the exterior first the the interior followed by engine mods.

How inexpensive are you talking? You could get in on one of the group buys for a $500 bodykit. You can also get springs for about $140 shipped and lower it. New tails for about $150, Evo style grill about $130 or a spoiler for about $150.

My springs came in today and I'll be getting the E7 front conversion here in about 3 weeks but here's what it looks like now.

 

As for a sponser. You kinda need to win some shows and put your own money into you car to show companies that your serious about it and you know what your doing

 

Oh, you from KY too. What part? Anyways, it's gunna be really hard to find a sponser here cause it seems most import companies are based in Cali. or Florida so I'm kinda in the same boat as you.

 

h8yourv8 you need to black out ur headlights nice car though.

hopefully no one will hate on u cuz u wanna make ur car look nice before making it fast....but a nice bodykit and wing can get u places. i like the Tracer Kit on ITs site. and u have yellow, so go with gunmetal wheels and cf/gunmetal tails, like h8yourv8 did.

 

Yeah, the thought of sticking my lights in an oven always discoureges me though

It's also about a 30min drive from louisville. I think it's in the opposite direction though.
