i used "501 adhesive spray" i guess they specialize in automobile carpeting and fabric. it comes in a spray can and almost shoots out like silly string, but more of a spider web look to it, and its super sticky. definitely help me out a lot.
as far as stretching goes the only really hard part to the dash piece was the curved area around where the speedometer is. just had to make a few traingular cuts and she was ready to go.
the clock and air vents weren't to big of a deal to me. the clock, it really didn't matter..just because. and the air vents, i never really use those ones that shot the air at your face. i usually just use the airvents by the windows, for defrosting and such.
thanks again!

Did you have to do any sort of prepping to the dash / plastic to make sure the outcome is not uneven? Sanding / A layer of fabric to fill in the spaces. Use any padding?

for all of the pillars, rear deck, and dash top it was $27.88, from a local fabric/material shop, with about 2 sq. ft. left of material. i was about to do the leather piece in the door panels, but to my surprise the whole door panel is one piece. besides the top portion. so i had to "x" out that idea. but in the next couple of days i'm going to do the headliner. i'll post pics from start to finish.
i had to sand the dash top. not a hole lotta' sanding, but enough to scuff the surface. the dash top is so slick and smooth, the 501 adhesive spray wouldn't stick to it. so sanding did the trick.
let me know what you want pics of, i'll post them as soon as i can!!
thank you again!!
