Just installed front coilovers and rims

here's a pair of Rage Racing rims i got from a friend through a trade. we painted them black with a spray gun using industrial car paint. set of coilovers up front... not in rear because my stereo already dropped the rear a ridiculous amount.

opinions are welcome...

to answer all questions:

Q1: also what stereo can be that heavy to lower the back that much??? thats ALOT of extra weight and its not good for racing.

A1: single Resonant Engineering XXX 18" sub (over 60 pounds by itself), 4.25 cubic foot box made of MDF, 2 1300 watt Infinity amps, 1 500 watt Rockford Fosgate amp (for the highs), and a 2.4 farad capacitor. btw, i don't race... mine's a bone-stock automatic

Q2: what kind of coilovers and how was the install? how bout the ride now?

A2: ghetto ebay coilovers meant for a Mirage that cost 30 bucks. the spring is tiny compared to the stock Lancer ES one, but my friends made it work. ride isn't too bad, since i only have coilovers in the front. it's a little bouncy but not half as bad as it would be if i had the coilovers in the back, too.

Why do so many people like all black? Man I hate black rims, I think they are so ugly. The only black thing I might have is my taillight covers, and that's just until I repaint the whole thing.

guess that's your opinion. personally, i love black rims. a black car on black rims just looks tight. it's not ricey and it's not plain. just looks clean (minus a lack of car washing )
