Not really a big fan of full bumper replacements.
I've seen some being sold in Asia but here in the US we only have the stock OZ, Type 1 and 2 front lips. I'm sure there are others that are interested. What do you guys think?

id like to see what accolade could do jsut making a lip.

 

And think about all the advantages.
-You get to keep the stock bumpers and reinforcement bars.
-Less likely to have fitment issues.
-Cheaper to make, sell and get painted.
-And they just plain look good without being overly done.

 

personally i liekt eh rmr lip type 1 the best,but its jsut too expensive.

 

I agree. There's just not enough competition to lower their prices.

A lip kit would be the only way I'd spend money on any sort of body kit. That would be a great idea for Accolade...somebody should pm/e-mail them. If they price it competetively with RMR and it looks good, they will sell like mad for sure.

 

Yeah man i hear ya... The $$ for lips is crazy... with a few bucks... you can almost buy a body kit.... the RMR lips... NUTZ.... they look good... but mad $$$$

 

you guys should ask rmr if you could start a group buy on the type 1 lip. i got in on a gb and paid like 200 or like 230 shipped.

 

??question?? would the rmr lip fit a 2004? I like the idea of a lip from Accolade.

 

no i dont' think it will fit a 2004 the body style is different...

 

seriously, on my next new car, i am going to buy a lip kit, its a lot more easier to install, and less of a hassle really. Me n all my friends with body kits have decided thats the way to go, n lip kits are easily replaceable

 

I agree with all of you. Someone on the forum had a CF OZ lip overlay, which is a start in the right direction.

I really like the RMR type 1 lip... but i'm not all about cutting my bumper.... like kee my stock
