I was wondering if anyone knew where i could score some red bulbs to replace the stock bulbs used for the A/C and heat controls. I want all the interior lights to match the red gauge lights. Thanks a lot

ask bulbs for the dash, they come in red or green on the corolla, I changed mine on my corolla, it's easy.

 

Easier than that probably. We've got a couple of people who've changed bulbs. Look up posts by Link286XT. He's like the bulb swapping man. Lots of good info and lots of threads on it.

 

Yeah, and this has nothing to do with audio or security. He has a recipe somewhere for the LED doohickies. Resistors and everything. I'd suggest running a search then PMing him if you have other questions. It's probably your best bet.

since u dug this up from the grave, wut red bulbs did u use?? i plan on painting my interior to sometime, blue as well "dark metallic blue" to be exact, and i wnat blue HVAC and stuff lights...did u use LED's?

 

I used 1 pack of dome sleeves for $1.50. Just cut them up and wrap them around the bulbs!
