i say save a little more and go with RDD package ... i did the math and your saving close to 50 bucks getting all 4 at once ... my bday is coming soon and thats something im asking for is the RDD bars ... its a deal ..
I'm actually going to be selling my RDD bars(package: All 4) soon. Had them for a almost a year now. They are blue. Not sure when I'm taking them off(soon) but if you can wait I'll have a set. Sorry for going off-topic.
If not go with the K bar

I just ordered my 4 bar special! Can't wait!!! I'd say save a little bit and get all 4. Some people say that some of the bars don't really help, but then you can just show it off to your friends and make it seem like you spent way more than you actually did! I think all the bars (except for the RS style trunk bar ) would help your suspension. Plus I don't think that RRM has the K bar anymore and RDD still does. I wouldn't get the new bar from RRM because I think its ugly, but whatever floats your boat, ya know what I mean?

What to choose? Whatever's cheapest. They all do the same thing.
Bling is nice, and it's great that I have a Cusco bar on my Subaru. But a cheapo would do the same thing, if it was made correctly. RRM and RDD bars are very similar. I had both during my Lancer days.
Grand scheme - save up for the whole kit. It's got a nice pricetag, and you'll have everything you need (at least in the bar department...).
