I bought some and my "friend" is gonna help me do them for free. Your next mod should be to upgrade your friends

Oh not even 2 inches. I have 18's and they already scratch when I turn. So that's not a problem, but the bumps at high speeds are. I need to slow down a little more

Hahaha, I wished I had a friend like that. IDK but I asked my other friend, and his Dad could do them. I asked how much, and all he said was "IDK"
I know he knows everything that his dad knows. Why is my luck this bad. lol. I can't get good enought friends. I guess I have to look for a couple of tools, and a couple of friends!

Thanks you guys. I'm going to do what clangfor did, and buy an impact wrench and return it. lol. Or maybe keep it just for future needs. I got, and printed the guides that you guys gave me. I will go for it this weekend. Maybe Saturday I will ask around for cheaper, and/or buy tools, then shoot for it Sunday. I really hope this works. I am so scared! lol. Again, Thank you guys, and I'll keep y'all updated!

I got 18's dropped on teins.... lowered about 2 inches or more and no rubbing issues. Probably only when at high speeds and alot of mini-hills that make the car bounce.

I have 17's with Tein lowering and they have been in use for about 6 months now. I do regret it, I now feel every bump in the road, every crack. I say save up for springs and shocks

Yeah. Seriously. With springs, handling is something that you have to really care about, because the comfort of your car is going to drop.

OK, I've been looking at shops to see who can install them, and I can't find any. I do have another friend that can help me. I will have to pay him so $$$ but I hope not $200. Now I see $200 might be right since he is doing everything. Even Alignged the car. (Sorry, bad speller)

I'm still going back and forth about installing them myself. I have Zero knowledge, and want to save the money for a paint job, so money is an issue. Always will. lol.

What do you guys think?
*Should I just go for it?
*Pay somebody to do them?
*Or forget about it, and wait?

Howd the install go if you did it already? Those look exactly like the bomz racing ebay coilover kit someone asked about. I really hope they work. Cause an ebay intake is fine, but with shocks and springs, its not the best idea to go cheap on. but for 25 bucks, what the hell.

i wont go with cheap springs or something that could cause some trouble. intake from ebay is fine but suspension?? i dont think so. its like you try to use bald brake pads which could cause dramatic things..
