Strut Bars?

Hmm... Could someone tell me about the bolt pattern on the Evo Strut Tower, and on the Lancer Strut Tower?

The reason why Im asking is cus Im wondering about weather or not the holes will match up from an Evo Strut Bar to our Lancers. If not is it at least the same distance across (Strut to Strut) cus if so, then I may be able to simply bore some holes or just a weld new flange.
Ultimately the reason is cus Id like to utilize Cusco.
I know the RRM ones are great (If seen them last through ****, so I'll attest to their quality even) but their a bit to simple for what Im going for.
I need Functionality and Quality, but Appearance too.

Any help?

Front - should be similar. Might not need too much. If you're capable of modifying it to fit your car, go for it.

Rear - given how radically different the suspension is, the mounting points are different. I highly doubt you could get them to fit.

Lancer rear

Evo rear

Don't forget about clearance issues around the intake manifold. I learned that myself with an ebay strut brace. It hit the black box on top of the manifold. Also, it was a set that I got and the rear one was for an EVO.

Ummm...sorry to be an ***, but whats the point in spending a small fortune on strut bars only to have to modify the hell out of them? I'm no show judge but I would assume that they would appreciate cleanliness more than putting name brand parts on your car.

I kinda disagree with AMBY, though. What show judge is going to go "Ooh, a boring-like bar from a company I've never heard of that looks like a basic hunk of pipe!" ???

Who said anything about lacking cleanliness?
Im gonna make it nice, repolish over where its welded.
The RRM Bar is... just a bar! ?

However Ive changed my mind anyway so this topics useless.
Im just gonna get the RRM Sexbar, and have that polished or powdercoated instead...

Good choice. The bar looks great. I have gotten a few comments about how good it looks. I have the silver one. If you get it powdercoated, what color are going to go with?
