tire/alignment.. NEED HELP!!!

ok well.. im EATING my tires right now on my right side on my 2002 OZ.. and according to EVERY alignment machine i get hooked up to.. my cars perfectly straight.
(i did smack my frount left rim at about 80mph, little other a year ago. replaced whole front lower control arm, and "bent back" the front sway bar till it was "about right") <-- basically what i was told

would anyone have any idea on if this might have something to do with why im eating through my right side tires on the outside. (keep in mind, i wrecked my frount left rim into curb, and my outside of my right side tires are messed up)

2nd thing.. i do have tein s tech springs. f/r struts, and rear lower swaybar..
ontop of that i do have adjustable cambers..

so is something wrong with my car? or do i just need to slow down on those left hand turns.

(i am upgrading rims/tires since i need 2 new tires anyways, just trying to figure out whats up and my local tire guys are like.. dee dee dee)

Check the right control arm? Since they're attached via the swaybar, maybe when you bent the left control arm, it pulled the swaybar so hard that it bent the right control arm too?

That's the best guess off the top of my head...

ya i thought the same thing. ill check it out in a few days, see if i notice anything.. (its cold + i got work all day for the next few days, all day)

does a norml alignment machine.. check Toe as well? my car does pull to the left.. actually.. my steering is so heavy now that it will hold in the steering in turns(not 90 degree turns, but like.. smaller turns on the highway) it will pull to the left, like.. i change lanes that way.. BUT.. when im turning the wheel myself, left or right, it doesnt straightenup just by me letting the wheel slide through my hands, it will hold the angel normally.

You can usually do toe on a standard machine, yes.

k. then im not 100% sure whats going on.. ill be putting all new brakes pads/rotors on thursday.. ill check out everything to double check to see if anything else looks messed up.

but more then likely ill just be dropping it off at the dealer again to see if they have any clue unless someone else has an idea.

it is most likely an allignment problem... It kinda has to be...

Toe is what kills tires very quickly. Depending on how bad it is you are basically driving with the wheel going sideways down the road. I burned through toyo proxes 4's at half tread in under 1k. My toe was like -4 I believe. Tell them to check toe. Camber and caster doesnt really do as much as toe does for wear.

well.. i know its got to be alignment.. but like.. ive had my alignment checked.. 6 times in the past 4 months.. and everywhere i go they tell me the same thing, its perfect and shouldnt be doing that...

now.. if my car was out of alignment.. and i was eating through 1 front tire.. and i rotated it to the back. (even with alignment fixxed) could it continue eating the new tire, with the old one on the back now that was already messed up?..

(if that doesnt make sense. ill re write it.)

Take the car to an alignment shop. Ask to have a print off of the before and after. This is definitely alignment related.

If you move the worn tire to the rear and the rear to the front.. If it is an allignment problem it will wear the front one the same. I dunno if its possible but if the tire isnt seated correctly mabey it would throw the wear off? In 99% of the cases it is the allignment.
