ok so pretty soon i am going to buy a set of 17'' Enkei CDR9's

but i cant seem to find a place that offers them in a wheel and tire package. so i was wondering if anyone knew what size tires i need to get. any if there is a certain tire you recommend.

Considering you just posted in a section of the forum that is sponsored by TireRack shows that you hardly searched. Tire sizes for 17" wheels is a well covered subject. Search around, I know you will find your answer.
