What do you mean by 0 offset? Stock offset? If its stock offset, it might fit. Might need your fenders rolled.

Run anything thats more than a few mm from stock offset and you will wear out your wheel bearings within a few thousand miles, I guarantee it.

That's way too low of an offset, if you drove a 240SX or an AE86 it'd be fine but considering stock is +40ish, going to +10 will cause a butt load of problems. First off, I doubt the wheel would even fit. If it did, the tires would almost certainly rub. Then you'd have camber issues and the previously mentioned strain on the bearings.

+30 offset would already require fender rolling and negative camber.
It depends what size rim also

Lip size has nothing to do with offset what so ever.

+10 offset will stick out like crazy. If you plan to drive with no fenders, then you will have no problem.

Yeah rolling your fenders will help out a lot.

What offset and wheels would you suggest when I do my evo brake swap. I know I have to have at highest a +38 offset to clear the brake calipers and smallest rim would be 17x7 or 17x7.5. I would like 17x7.5 but I don't know the best sized tires I want to go with. I was hoping to get somewhere around 225x45 or 50, r17 tires. Would they fit on an OZ since it is slightly lowered? I'm trying to prevent rolling the fenders.
