Ding ding. Thats a winner. There is another brace on there from another person that actually sells the other megan stuff and the brace they have is listed for 45.95 but it has the exact same sku number as the one you picked out. So Im pretty sure thats the one. I dont really remember much cause I ordered mine almost a year and a half ago but I remember that the writing sounded like it was written by a foreign marketer lol. When I ordered mine, it came in a megan racing box. Either way, thats not the one for 12.60 so it should work fine. Especially considering this exact same brace is sold for 20 dollars more in some of the other auctions.

If you check car-part.com for a 2001 mirage IM they have one for 40 bucks. You can search for 98-2001 I think. It might be 97-2001 but maybe others will verify later. Shipping will probably be 20 bucks.

I am probably going to get the H brace and rear strut bar soon. I may do the Mirage IM thing eventually after I read into it a little more. Do you have any pics of your Lancer? I want to see how low it is.

actually i just figured out how to attach them from the site. Here ya go. Its not this low anymore. I had to raise it an inch during my rebuild cause it bit into my cv boots and tore them up. But you sure do learn how to drive careful when its this low. Most people would say its too low. I for one absolutely love it. You cant drop it this far with your coilovers cause your wheel sits too far out. Mine were the stockers so the offset was perfect for tucking. And I have the OZ lip kit which drops it another inch from what you would be at.

I have them on my car now, and I love them. I do wish I could mess with the dampening and camber more, but I really like the ride and handling thus far (installed them 3 days ago).

I was lowered...

I was lowered on some ebay coil over sleevs for a while. The springs on them broke in half ;( so I bought a set of tein basics. It is a major difference, and I love the ride.

I knew people that swore by those ebay sleeves like they were the best things for suspension. I refused to cheap out on my car for suspension and now I have the megans and aint none of their hondas keeping up in the corners. And they keep buying stock shocks and blowing them I would imagine they might work halfway decent if they are paired with an aftermarket strut of some sort but as we all know, we dont really have aftermarket options for struts other than full coilovers. But I would not buy anything other than coilovers after owning a set.

I've had the Tein Basic Dampers in my car twice now, and am not riding on the Megans. Personally, I find the Megans to be more comfortable than the Teins, plus you get the dampening adjustment and camber plates.

If you can, it'll be extra. Mine didn't come with them.

Your right, those come on the more expensive ones in the 1000 and above range. I guess megans are actually really decent for the price and come with alot of features for an extra what, 200$?
