Tein S

If I get the Tein S springs for my 09 lancer will there be rubbing issues or anything? I have stock rims and everything if that helps?

Thanks in advanced

TEIN S. Tech user for 5 months already, never had rubbing issues on stock GTS rims, then I changed to 18x8.5 TE37's + 235/40/18 Dunlop Le Mans 702 tires and used 1/4" Spacer, still no rubbing issues.

what offset do you run on the volks? and is the spacer just to make the rim flush or for fitment?

reason being, i'm looking at the work emotion cr-kai in 18x8.5 and similar rubber. i'm comparing setups before pulling trigger.

coilovers would be sick.. but since my sb is a dd, i think a no fuss solution that can give me a modest drop without sacrificing ride would be my best option.

if not tein, does anyone have any suggestions? eibach, rrm, works maybe?

Had Tein S Techs for exactly a year now they are great not noises coming from them except for the first month. stock rims and tires its all good. just get camber bolts for you front tires you will have camber. and for the rear it wont be too bad just rotate your tires.

Any photos of that? Because I'm getting Volk CE28Ns 18x8.5 +30 with Falken 245/40/18 and I have TEINs aswell.

Hey thanks for all the responses. But is there any other springs that give you a good drop but FOR SURE won't have any issues like the rubbing or the premature tire wear with the chamber? Thanks
