Spring/coilover question

OK, in thinking about my upgrade plans , I have a question for my more experienced board members. The main options I'm considering for my suspension are the Skunk2 add-on coilvers ($300) and the Tein S-tech springs ($135). Basically, I want to know which one is more worth it. Would the Skunk2s give enough performance to merit $300, or should I just get the Teins to lower the car?

The skunk2 allows you to adjuct ride height, and would be a perfectmatch for high performance shocks (when the finally come out with some). That's my vote.
