Cool Strut bar opinions

Hi guys im driving a 2010 Lancer De and thinking about getting a strut bar for the front. Any options that anyone can help me whats a good brand
Also does it interefere with my warranty for any components of the car.

well there is the oem strut bar for the GTS which will fit your car no problem. RRM makes one, megan racing might still have one and that is about all i know of for the base lancer. I am not sure if any evo x strut bars will work or not.

Something i never understood about RRMs front strut bar is that it only mounts to 1 of the bolts on either strut plate.

The Megan one is pretty crappy - OEM even has better build quality. A strut bar only needs to mount to one bolt, really - it only needs to slosh energy back and forth between the strut towers...having it mount to all three bolts won't provide any advantage. The RRM bar is the only one that I know of which attaches to the firewall...that DOES provide an advantage over competing products...it's also very nicely made.

i WAS THINKING I'LL ASK MY DEALER TOO JUST TO BE SURE

A strut tower bar wouldn't impact a warranty in any way.

I know that DCMotorsports is in the process of manufacturing one. The part number and everything was generated a few months ago. I'm thinking it will be another 2-3 months until its ready though.
