Strut Bar Question

I plan on installing a strut bar on my 02 lancer OZ. I was wondering if the three bolts on each side of the strut towers should be torqued to a specific amount, or just as tight as possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did mine as tight as possible. I'm pretty sure there is a torque number for them but I did mine as tight as possible and it hasn't budged yet.
