Gorilla makes a decent keyed lug nut, and there's always Kyougugen (sp?)

The ones in question are "tuner style" socket lug nuts. They need a hex key to get off and they fit into the deep holes on aftermarket rims where the factory's do not.

Gorilla makes them. I lost my locking key for them and I couldn't even break them. I wedged 1/2" square sockets into them and beat them into place with a mini sledge in order to get them off. They're pretty damn solid.

Just in case anyone runs into this problem in the future you can go to any parts store and buy a socket just slightly larger than the lug nut. Then, with a mallet pound the socket so it wedges over the stripped / broken lugnut then take your wrench, attach it to the socket and voila! No more stuck lug nut!

I ran into the same problem with the lugs from wheelmax. My key stripped and then bent and broke. I took an 16mm socket, banged it on there and took an impact gun to remove it. Did not have to cut the axle. Had to replace the wheel screws and they cost me 1.20 from the delaer.

^^^Gorilla is top notch! But the problem is that everyone and their mom has them; so everyone has the key for them. Get something more secure to protect your investment...
