2008 DE lancer brake fluid swap questions

What hose size will fit the bleeder nipples on the DE model?

Yeah...I'm sure I could go out and buy an assortment of soft plastic hoses. I figure by now, someone has done it and can tell me what hose size they used. (I don't want to do black rubber as I want to see bubbles dirt go through the line when I vacuum out the old fluid).

The last vendor that worked on my car brakes never put the nipple covers back on the bleeders and now the bleeders are very dirty.
1. Should I just try to do a quick wipe and not worry about contamination while fluid swapping since a large amount of fluid will self clean the nipple?
2. Should I scrub it clean with brake cleaner and a small brush before the fluid swap?
