Wheel Problem!!!!! HELP!!

I tried to get my wheels and tires put on today .. I was happy I mean what could go wrong they are from TireRack and are supposed to fit my car... Well I got a call and they say we cannot put them on due to the Center Hub Ring (PLASTIC) they said it is a little to big of a fit on my "hub". Well I was down and depressed because I really wanted them on... When I got home I called TireRack and told them about the problem I talked to a nice guy there that seemed to know his stuff.. Well apparently he does not have a clue as to what is wrong, he said he would talk to his engineer and call me back but never did yet. So basicaly I am stuck I Don't know what to do??? I have a 2002 Lancer ES I got the Kazera KZR wheels 16x7, The center ring part is 73/57 click in center ring. HAS ANyone ever had any problem with this? I am amussing not lol. Should I take it somewhere else and see what they have to say? Or if nothing happens I am just going to have to ship the wheels and tires back I just dont know what to do my day SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've got 18's on my OZ, and I couldn't put the centric hub rings on, the only thing they do is to prevent excessive vibration, but my rims still went on fine.

Wait to hear back from Tire Rack,a nd when they call back... ask them if you can exchange the tires for another set. I am sure they will understand. Even though it will still suck since you don't have the rims right now, but it's better then nothing.

NickP -- Dont forget that you have a Tire Rack rep here on the board to help Thats what I am here for. If you can, PM me your customer details. An invoice # (should start with 7......), customer number, or your billing phone number. This way I can see your order. Or you can call me directly. Its possible they sent the wrong rings with your order. As soon as I receive your info OVER PM I'll look into it.
