Unhappy Question

changed my front pads today but noticed that the passenger side had no pad left and driver side had about a 1/4 left anyone know why or is that normal wear
by the way took only 35min to change pads

Whatz up I used to be a service manager at a shop. Most of the time its the caliper that is not releasing all of the way, sort of hanging up and draging slightly, but that dont mean that that is whats happing, some clues maybe dirty brake fluid, if you have a infared thermometer you can drive it and check the calipers and and if one is really hotter than the other thats probably what it is
