Hmm.... My friend has a f150 with a f350 custom turbo diesel.... with a shift kit... (auto tranny) its running around 550+ whp and the Shift kit really helps for him...... if your running a turbo'd setup or just want a car to shift faster thsi seems like its pretty nice.... in a nutshell

Why would faster shifts be better? Especially in a turbo Auto, you'll be able to hold boost in the upper RPM range and shift w/o losing boost like you would in a Manual.

INVECSII Transmissions shifft a hell of a lot faster than standard auto or manual with less loss or tourque between shifts

how would swapping a 5 speed tranny be saving the hassle? Autos can hold the power between shifts usually better than manual drivers. So making the shift faster would be even better. And yes autos still lose power between shifts. The whole period between gears is dropping power.

I think I'd like something like this but the only thing I would worry about is the installation. A tranny is very complex, especially a auto tranny and I would not want to mess up anything. When a price is made, someone buy, install it and give instructions

Speaking from experience, I had a 94 Dodge Dakota, V-6 and automatic. I had a shift kit install and it made one hell of improvement. From firmer shifts to allowing me to shift it manually without damaging the transmission.
