my situation is that i sold/traded in my 2002 lancer oz for a 2001 eclipse gt. i was parting out my car (see thread in For Sale section soon!) and i was thinking, will my kartboy short shifter from my lancer will fit on my eclipse? how about the base bushings?

Can you use Evo parts? It's all the same Lancer/Evo, so check into it.

Honestly, your best bet is to take off your center console and look. You're going to know pretty quickly if it's the same.

EDIT - According to B&M, the Evo VIII shifter should fit the Eclipse also.
