Question Unorthodox Clutch & Flywheel

I've done a search and can't find anyone who is running unorthodox clutch and/or flywheel. I'm looking at buying the flywheel and a ceramic puck clutch. Does any one have any experience with this set up and or any advice? I should be ordering both today! I will give a report on the grapping force of the clutch and any improvements. I mostly chose this set up because of the price. For the ceramic cluth it is $305 and the flywheel is $467. Not bad, and definatly cheaper than stock.

update. I got the parts in. There is a 8 lb. difference from the old clutch/flywheel compared to the unorthodox combo alum. flywheel and ceramic puck clutch. I weighed the two using my very reliable $10.00 bathroom scale but the differences should be about the same. For stock the used clutch was 11 lbs and the flywheel was 16 lbs a grand total of 27lbs. The unorthodox clutch is 11 lbs and the flywheel is 9 lbs for a grand total of 19 lbs. I have the motor and trannie back in the car but I had a screw put in my jaw so I haven't had the energy to finish the job yet. I should be done by saturday I hope.

You'd be the first I'd remember with using that brand! Always sucks having metal inserted into any part of the body. Whether intentional or not! Good luck, and break it in properly...

Update everything is back together. When I first started the car the exhaust sounded awsome but when I reved it up it started choking. Turnes out I didn't connect a injector tightly and it came loose. Thankfully that was the worst problem. As for the clutch it is awsome! It is a little grabby when trying to slip the clutch (I.E. when at a busy 4 way stop). Other then that no complaints. The throttle response is alot better.
