btw, Vividracing sells the Ralliart shift knob which is pretty nice.
Or RRM has some nice knobs too.

Easy install man. I have B&M short shifter. I love it. Huge difference. No more missing gears. If you still miss with this thing, then you should get an automatic.

Yes, they should fit just fine. Eclipse, Evo 3-8, and Lancer

Couldn't find the instructions either, sorry.

But regarding taking it in, you can't go to the dealership. Unless you have a REALLY nice service dept., they most likely won't install anything aftermarket. You could take it to an auto shop, though. That would be cheaper than a dealership anyways, since most dealerships go bonkers on the labor costs.

To illustrate: my mom's Lumina got swiped. We took it to the dealership and a regular garage. Dealership was $950 and garage was $600. After perusing the estimates, I noticed that both places charged about the same for parts required, but that the dealership charged a lot more for labor and also planned on taking more hours to do it. So avoid the dealership unless it's a warranty issue. Just my $0.02

Well, I'm trying to scan the B&M instructions and post them here, but I can't seem to get a file under 120k
