I was wondering if anybody knew what might be the cause of my car jerking when switching in to 3rd gear? its an auto lancer with 75,000 miles and it switches fine in every other gear including reverse. It just started today and wanted to see if i could get any info before taking it to a shop to get checked out. its not a violent jerk but very noticeable compared to the other gears. Also i had the timing belt changed at 62,000 miles about a year ago.

 

shi* if ur lancer is stocka and auto and ur jerking in 3rd gear, idk, depends what u mean?? like ur tires squeel, or feels like the car is just shaking??
