where to shift

i had the car dynoed 140@6100rpm and 140@4000 rpm so to really use the power and not short shift should i shist at 6200 or just take it to 6500 ?

I would shift @ 6000 that brings the next gear to around 3900-4100 rpm which is right where max torque is...
