You need 2 people;

One person will pump/hold clutch pedal while the other opens and closes bleeder port on slave cylinder.

1: Locate bleeder port on slave. Can be accessed from engine compartment or under car.
It's on the front of the (manual) tranny and sometimes has a green rubber cap on the bleeder port. It'll be right by where your clutch line goes into your slave on your tranny.

2: Make sure your master is full of fluid (over fill even). You will need to add fluid 12 or more times so keep an eye on it for sure! Out masters have a wall that separates the brake and clutch side from each other. It's very hard to tell this but just keep it over full while bleeding and you'll be fine.
Note: Don't spill any brake fluid anywhere paint is as it'll eat it off and rust stuff up.

3: Have person pump clutch pedal many times and then hold to floor.

4: While the pedal is held to the floor, you open bleeder port and catch fluid/air in a cup or something. Leave open until fluid/air stops coming out.

5: You close bleeder port.

6: Person lets/pulls pedal back up off the floor.

7: Repeat until no air at all is coming out and only clean clear fluid is.
This can take 20-30 or more times of doing this.

A few notes:

1: Never let the pedal raise at all while the port is open.
Doing that would let air into system.

2: You can leave the master cylinder cap off while doing this as long as you keep plenty of fluid in master.

3: The person pumping/holding pedal has the hard part of the job as your leg will cramp/tire before it's all said and done.

4: You can get a clear hose to fit just over the bleeder port to help keep fluid under control.
It does need to be clear to see air bubbles/condition of fluid though.

5: You should bleed the brakes at the same time also.
Doing this will help eliminate all the air from the system.

A few notes about bleeding brakes:

Bleeding brakes is a lot like bleeding the clutch. Just make sure to go with the furthest from the Master cylinder to the closest. Meaning you'd start bleeding the rear passenger side then the rear driver sider then the front passenger side then the front driver side. You pump and hold brake pedal just like the clutch. The brake bleeder ports are on each brake caliper right next to the brake line.
