anyone ever install one? anyone have any experience with these?

i plan on installing one of these myself as it looks somewhat simple. but during my searches of cooler kits, there are multiple different sizes.. so i was wondering if anyone could recommend me to one or a certain size or payload before i call up road race.

 

trannys should be around 190*F, so don't get one too big
