06 ES High pressures in all ranges

Hey whats up guys? This is a longshot since most backyard techs don't normally mess around with transmissions, but I've had a little bit of hard shifting in my 06 ES A/T and was in a transmission class so I decided to do pressure testing. The pressures were all very high in all ranges and ports. I checked for codes on a Modus and there were none. ALLDATA says the only diagnosis for this is a faulty pressure regulator. I haven't been able to find any information about this elsewhere on the internet. Has anyone else had these issues and how difficult was it to resolve? On a side note, I'm thinking about selling my 06 lancer with 120k and 60k on the engine and a bunch of new OEM parts. How much you think I can get for it around the northeast? I wanna sell it for a standard ralliart haha

Thanks for your help guys.

try changing the tranny fluid. I was having a similar issue and changing the fluid fixed it for me.
