Would it be easier to buy an AWD SE and do a tranny swap??

Would any more previous people in this chat please be so kind and come answer this i have the 2016 AWC 2.4 Lancer ES it is a cvt but it has a fwd 4wd awd switch lol doesnt matter the cvt is garbage droney asf So i was wondering what would be required and how would you swap the 4b11T with the dualSST into what would be my lancer if possible for a couple grand and some elbow grease would def doo it up for the forum

ralliart is fwd evos are hard to find where i live and would a great experience to do a swap if made easy by already having mounts for awd system

I understand that would be easier but unsure if its still the cheaper option. As base models are going for 4000-6000 and evos are now 37,000-55,000CAD.are you saying that the parts would cost more then 30,000. remember we plan on doing the work ourselves besides the engine builds.
