Cvt Transmission fluid change

Hello, I recently purchased a 2009 Lancer Es Sport And when i checked the transmission fluid i noticed that is brownish and has a some what bad smell to it. I want to drain the old fluid and put new fluid in it and had seen on a post here someone suggesting eneos cvt fluid and i am wondering if there will be any problems if i simply drain the old fluid and add the eneos cvt fluid? I guess more simply put is i want to know if it will cause a problem like mixing different engine coolants does.

--To avoid potential issues--stay with Mitsu cvt fluid. I cant speak for MItsu on this so i would suggest you read up before changing this yourself-- I have a Subi and it requires some special temp monitoring to see if its full or not. Better safe then sorry all Im saying. GL
