So I picked up a project lancer for my daughter a month ago. Never drove it. Paid and towed it away. Price was low

Now the car doesn’t rev in gear beyond 1000rpm and car barely moves. Pulled codes with my reader

p0746 Line pressure solenoid
p1773 unknown
p0868 Secondary pressure drop
p1590 unknown

Then I checked the trans dip stick. It’s empty. How does one run out of cvt or even transmission fluid without a huge leak. No drops in my driveway but I’m assuming it’s already dry

filling up is a shortsighted solution. I’m more focused on where the fluid went

 

Did you ever figure out if the new trans was compatible?
