How do you adjust clutch pedal?

Does anyone know how to adjust the clutch pedal's height and stiffness? I want the clutch to be a little lower and also a little more stiff. Anyone know?

If you want the pedal stiffer, you can replace the pressure plate. Makes pedal effort a tad stiffer.

i dont think you can it runs off brake fluid and is hydrolic
it uses some kind of diafram to ram fluid into the cylender just like that brakes
i dont think there is a way to adjust pedel height but like everyone said peddel pressure = pressure plate
but it isnt gonna be alot of diference i dont think . . .
