Question anyone know how to flush steering fluid

my steering is still making a hissing noise that sounds just like the noise a bov makes but its constant and stops when i turn the wheel. i came to a conclusion that there is possibly air trapped in the lines, in the power steering box, in some part of the steering system. is it easy to flush the power steering system or should i take it somewhere. next, where should i take it cause my mitsu dealer is an a$$hole. what big garages do that cause all garages where i live stink. my car has 22,000 miles and the power steering fluid smells like its on fire, sumhow i dont think it should.
thanks for any help its appriciated
