Need help: Car is not starting

My car is currently not running and I and a couple of street mechanics can't seem to solve the issue. We check from battery/spark plugs/alternator/starter/fuel injectors/ fuel pump and fuses and everything seem normal. When we took out my ECU to check it does have burnt marks. Anybody around the area of Elmhurst Queens who has an automatic I ask if you can swing by my place to swap out ECU to make sure this is the problem before I pay money for it. If no takers please advise if anyone knows where I can get em for real cheap.

*Also I am open to any other suggestions as to what else to check.

I'd be 99% sure that it's your ECU if there are burn marks on it

You're gonna have a hard time getting someone to loan you an ECU...if your wiring or electrical system blew out yours, there's nothing to say that hooking up someone elses won't leave them without a running car.

Dealer time bro. Street mechanics are great, but mitsu trains people for a reason, and that's why the service bays have that cool parts warehouse next to them. If you're pretty sure you screwed something up and they're gonna charge you a lot of money, next time I would advise not doing what you did. If this just happened out of nowhere, they should replace it for you.
