Help me.

Okay I have the check engine light one it is a p0304 cylinder four misfire. I changed all the spark plugs and wires, and changed the fuel injector on that cylinder. My car still stutter steps when I am at a dead stop and I hit the pedal to the floor. I do this just to test if the light will come on and it does all the time. Basically that stutter step is the major problem. Also I think my transmission is going out how can you tell. Oh and my engine is loud. I mean not compared to a 1982 cavalier or corsica but it doesnt sound like a well balanced engine it definately sounds sick. My belt also RECHINA(this is a spanish word I dont know the equivalent to the English word) I think it means squeaks when I do about 20-40 and I dont press the gas to accelerate just keep it going to keep up speed. Funny thing is, it doesnt do it when I am in autodrive it is specific to me pressing the gas to keep up speed. Can anyone help me with these things. Thank you.
