Exclamation Fuel Pump not pumping

Today hasn't been my day. After leaving the doctor's office I come out to my lancer to find that it won't start. It turns over and attempts to start but there is no fuel getting to the engine. I listen closer and hear that my fuel pump (the one from the RRM turbo kit) is not pumping. I am going to try and force-drive the pump as per the service manual and if that works then check the fuel pump relays and MFI relays. I was just wondering if any of you could think of anything else to check if it doesn't happen to be any of those four componenets? Thanks.

Sure try this.

Pull the seat off, take out the 4 screws unhook the line that is the press fit. Next have someone turn the ignition on to the on position if it gushes gas you are good, if it only sprays alittle then you got a loose pump. pull it out and make sure it is pushed up into the housing all the way.
