idle problems

When I am at a light my idle goes to 1500-2000, then drops down almost to the point of stalling, then goes back up, then finally stalls. My mitsu dealer won't look at it cuz the check engine light is not on. I just think they are a bunch of dicks. Any way this problem only occurs when the cars warm, and about once every other day. Can anyone give me some feedback?

First off...this does not belong in show and shine. Second, several people have had precisely the same problem which you could have found answers to if you'd taken the 2 minutes to run a search and glance over the results. Third, if you don't tell us what mods you've done to your car (I'm assuming it's just an intake that's causing this) then it's next to impossible to diagnose.

EDIT: Forgot. Most likely you can remedy the situation by resetting your ECU. Just disconnect the battery for 15-20 minutes.
