The panel part? i tried took out the screws and it still wouldnt budge

each component of the door (door cups, the door handle) has a little 'door' on it. Open those little tab like 'doors' and behind them are screws. Unscrew those and once you have everything like unscrewed, just yank. It's connected by those white tabs we love to break, so be careful but be sturdy when yanking it.
