You don't have to take the bumper off. Here's how I did it:

- from underneath, remove the splash guards in front of the front fenders (held on by plastic plugs)

- unbolt the washer fluid reservoir from the right side (it will need to be moved out of the way to unscrew this side reflector). This may require removing some wheel well plugs to get to the bolts.
*I think this uses a 10mm socket wrench

- using phillips screwdriver, remove the reflector plates from the inside, then remove reflector

- install replacement reflector (not sure about yours, but mine used the stock screws)

- bolt the washer fluid reservoir back into place

- replace the splash guards

DONE!

i agree with urbanknight on that technique. however, with SMALL hands and a screwdriver that does an 'L', you can do it without removing the washer fluid resivoir. :d Don't try to bend the side of the bumper though, as it can crack ...

Ack! I hadn't finished editing my mistake. I left out the part about replacing the reservoir And thanks digdat, that's a good idea. Wish you had suggested that before I wiggled a socket wrench into the fender to remove the reservior

I put rrm's cf ones on. what a PITA. Driver side is easy... passenger side is crazy annoying. I took my headlights out to get to it even easier... It took me a good 30 mins to do it... all 30 I was yelling and swearing at my car.... lol... revived. just noticed.

either for/sale forums (doubt it) or scour ebay.

You just have to keep checking. ive never heard of them anywhere else.

didn't have them either...

There was one eBay vendor that use to have them, but I waited too long to bite and they are now unavailable...

this is worse than trying to find parts for my 1st Gen Neon...

I don't call anyone, not a phone person... I checked the website, no dice...
