Broke Intake Mani Bolt!!

I broke one of the intake manifold bolts on the bottom of the mani while trying to remove it. If i cut the head off and just bolt the rest of them will it cause any problems? Having one less bolt to hold it on that is? I'm working on it right now so any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks in advance

Ummm...you might want to get that fixed, you could be ok or you could seriously damage your engine, it's your call.

im worried about it leaking...If it does leak it will cause a leaner condition then normal but would it be enough of a leak to even worry about?

ok got it fixed. Ended up just grinding the head off and replacing it. I got another problem tho. Got the mani on and the hoses hooked up. When i started it it started ok but after looking near the fuel rail i could see fuel leaking from where the injectors meet the manifold with those 4 washer things. Am i supposed to buy new washers that are larger??? I didn't recieve any washers with the mani.

Either the injector isn't seated in all the way or you need to replace that spacer/grommet.

You have to put a little lube on the rings or they sometimes wont seat properly. You don't have to buy new rings if it is a 4G94 IM unless you have a bad one(s). It's not a mojor problem, but don't drive around with it leaking, obviously. It's been a while since I put mine on, but I thought the IM slid onto bolts that were part of the engine and you just have to put the nut back on?
