HELP!!! Weird knocking when at a stop...

Hey I hope this is in the right section...
So here's the deal, my OZ is an auto and when in gear with my foot on the brake I hear the strangle knocking sound, very audible... it occurs when im in gear and with my foot off the brake and after I take my foot off and start to hit the gas...If I give the car any blip of the throttle it goes away...

What's wrong?

Just got back from driving the car...I would say it's more of a rumbling sound, like when you are behind an exhaust... and it only happens in D,3,2,L and only when no throttle is applied...

Check the fluid level.
Might be building up sludge, could be time to change the fluid.

list of mods?

If you got Kamikaze Header + DP combo, the DP could be hiting the frame
If you got SRI or CAI, the intake might be loose and knocking against something

you have any idea where the sound is coming from?
Since it does it at idle, you could pop the hood and poke around.

ok i didnt mean at idle....only while in drive with the brake applied or off the brake right before using the accelerator... if its in neutral or park it doesn't do it....Sounds like the driver's side....

So, if it's doing it while the engine is flexing (in D with the brake on) it could be anything from a loose heat shield, to an exhaust rubbing issue, to a motor mount being worn out, etc... You definitely need to get someone to sit in your car with it in D and their foot on the brake to try and re-create the problem and then you can let your ears guide you to the area of trouble. You definitely need to become sherlock holmes here and do some under-the-cover work

i fixed it, it was a bolt from the intake hitting when the engine was under load...
