Help with code and starter !!

My car have been doing that since im turbo.
Anyone heard or experienced that kind of trouble yet ? Id say 1 time out of 5 , when i start the car, it crank i bit slowly then ,when hes about to make fire, I hear the flywheel getting grind , maybe like the starter doesnt disengage correctly ?
Otherwise either it start on 1/4 turn or it does that grinding noise. I had a couple of code pulled out yesterday ;

P0131 NO 02 ACTIVITY
P0131 02 SIGNAL LOW
P0135 02 HEATER CKT
P0507 IDLE CONTROL SYSTEM ( RPM HIGHER THAN EXPECTED )

So basically i now know that my First 02 sensor is dead, but can it really do something on the ignition?? Or else.. how can the starter grind on the flywheel if theres no shim to put when installing it ( the height shouldnt be the issue ! )

Secondly, when i am running on the highway either in 4rth or 5th my A/f narrowband goes into lean condition and never come back toward rich unless i have to slow down to maybe what.. 30 mph in like 3rd or 2 nd gear.. Even if i step on gas ( My 2 extra 550 cc injector setup doesnt seems to feed enough gas to make it Stoich) could this be due to the O2 sensor ? leaning my A/F .

Finally, I have a idle jumping from 700 to 1200 approx. I tried to play with the Screw on the TB, so now i just wonder if the code is from me playing with idle screw or is it maybe my TPS or IAC getting bad reading and giving me erratic idle.

Im getting really confused here , I need all youre help to repair that flood of Bug.

Play with the trottle screw again until you can get rid of the idle code.

You may have lean A/F issues because your o2 sensor is dead. I'd expext the car to run pig rich, but who knows.

Starter... I have no idea.

So change your o2 sensor asap, and try adjusting the idle screw.

Ok then i'll have the O2 Sensor changed this weekend. One thing I was thinking of.. is that maybe it got burned because it is too close to the Turbine ??
What should be the distance between the turbine and the first O2 sensor ?? mine is like a 4 inch now . Ive heard that it should be at least a 6 inch from it, can anyone validate that Info ?

Second ,about the Starter, does anyone know if the o2 sensor can play on the ignition ???

And for the A/F lean ratio ? is it possible that my narrowband see it SO rich that he goes into the lean side ?? ( My narrowband A/F gauge is plug in the 2nd O2 ) is that the correct thing to do or I should plug it with the First O2

Please guys feed me, I need more Info !!
Thanks

Alright... something just poped in my head Your A/F gauge is connected to a dead o2 Sensor. The reading it sends to the ecu is wrong, so the reading it sends to your gauge is wrong as well.

Your car is most likely running pig rich as I would expect it to run with a dead o2 sensor.

As far as o2 sensor location is concerned, I'd shoot a PM at Rock.

Alright, I'll take good note of this, thanks

I am going to my shop tuner tomorrow morning, let's see what he think about all of those trouble. But as I expect, and what he did last summer for me, he might not find my problem.. Anyway he want to honor is warranty , so i' ll give him a fifth chance...

As for the Starter knocking on my Flywheel, since it need no shims.. WHAT the hell could the problem be?? Any idea ? bad timing ? O2 sensor's bad ? wrong tune ?

Anyone have an opinion ! share with me !

OKAY ! ... Found the problem on the car .. or patch it .. Thing is that the IAC was pretty messed up ( theres is a similar plastic cap on the top IAC , blocking air or not IN TB.. ) Well that Cap was all worn.. wonder how that happen....
Well now the car is starting fine, no more grinding on the flywheel .

Ive gotten into the reset procedure, for my SES light. Ran i couple of miles then !
Check engine is back on... the car Start fine for now but for how long if the cap is getting worn like the older one im not in a good position at a basic cost of 565 $ CAN for a IAC .

Im getting code pulled this sathurday.. but I bet its the IAC again... I wonder what in the hell can play on my idle like that, if its not the IAC, or what could disturb my IAC so it is getting grind in the TB ???!!!! Bad voltage ? interference from the MFI ?

So far for now, the first O2 is changed because he was burned, the IAC was change because the car wasnt starting well + some up /down Idle.

Anyone know about IAC and what can influence them ?

Thanks
